Parents’ meetings: well-organised meetings with families

The Parents’ Meetings tool lets you manage meetings with families from start to finish: assigning a time and room or holding them online, sending the event notification, requesting attendance confirmation and producing a personalised report of the points discussed. Families can also request meetings, which encourages more individual support.

Because meetings are recorded, they no longer depend on each teacher’s memory: the team can look back at what was discussed in previous meetings and what was agreed.

Incidents: timely communication – including the positives

The Incidents system lets you record, report and view situations such as late arrivals, absences or missing homework, improving transparency and responsiveness. But it isn’t only for the negatives: it can also be used to share positive news, such as good behaviour or excellent work. This balance is key to building a relationship of trust with families.

Teacher’s notebook: all your classroom information in one place

With the Teacher’s Notebook, each teacher can create items to assess tasks or other aspects of pupils’ performance in class, such as participation or contributions. This gathers the information recorded across different lessons in one place, which then proves very useful when assessing pupils or preparing for a parents’ meeting.

School Office: paper-free admin for families

The School Office area gives families a place to report and explain absences, late arrivals, missing homework or other matters relating to pupils’ attendance or participation. No more notes in the homework diary that never arrive or absence slips lost at the bottom of a school bag.

Tracking that’s connected to assessment and communication

These tools don’t work in isolation. Tracking information is complemented by the assessment module (items, marks, exceptions for pupils with special educational needs, reports and school reports) and by the school’s communication channels (news, mail, notifications and consent forms). The result is a complete picture of each pupil, shared by the teaching team and accessible to families to the extent the school decides.
